Loree and her expert guests share information and guidance to help people uplevel their lives physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually and realize new possibilities for themselves.
Along with being a personal development coach, entrepreneur, wife and mother of two, Loree has been a student of optimal health & wellness development (diet, nutrition, physical fitness & mental diet), self improvement, and spiritual studies for over 35 years.
Loree strongly believes that our mental diet — the thoughts and beliefs we consistently think — manifest as our experiences, so in order to shift our experiences we must begin by shifting our thinking. Based on this belief she is passionate about teaching, sharing insights, coaching others to their highest potential and helping them see life as a grand adventure with the freedom to choose the roads they wish to travel and the ways they want to experience life.
Loree, her husband of 36 years, and their Australian Cattle Dog Nickie reside (blissfully) in Cody, Wyoming.
